First in the morning for break fast take 1 cup of oats, 1 banana and raisins. at 12:00 pm you need to eat one chicken salad, then take a healthy dinner, you can do this for 1 month and I promise you will see the difference!!!

You don't need to lose weight, you probably just need to firm up. Rather than diet and watch the scale, try walking for exercise. Start at half an hour a day, and if that's comfortable, work up to an hour a day. Walk pretty fast. You'll cover about four miles, and your legs will look great. If your arms need work, try doing some pushups. Keep track of how many you can do, and try to increase them. Then you'll look fit, no matter what the scale says.

eat lots of candy and sweet stuff.....you won't lose weight......but then you don't need to lose weight.....5'2" 115 is ideal. Trust me I'm a whole 2" taller than you and 105lbs and my doctor is forever hounding me to gain weight. For your height your weight is ideal. But if you really think you need to lose weight consult a physician and have a BMI (body mass index) done. It factors in height, weight and a few other measurements that I can't remember and gives you a number. Your number falls somewhere on one of those fun little charts like the ones you see on pantyhose packages and from that you'll be able to tell if you need to lose weight, gain weight, or stay right around where you are.

Eating healthy. like eat small portions of everything. fruits are very important, sometimes for dinner i just have like fruits & veggies. exercise at least 60 minutes everyday & in a matter of time you'll lose weight. but you dont really need to lose weight though since you're 5'2 & 115.
