I have been trying to do this but I have encountered some problems.

*If I drink eight glasses today, plus two glass of juice and a glass of milk,I will cant drink all eight glasses tomorrow.

I do drink two glass of orange juice everyday and a glass of milk at breakfast but I cant seem to always get my eight glasses in.Some days I drink up to twelve glasses of water but the next day I might only drink two.

How do I ensure a steady intake of water.Glad for any help provieded. Thanks all :)

Well, it doesn't really have to be water. To keep hydrated the recommendation is about 8-8oz glasses of fluids. This includes the juice and milk you mentioned. A more accurate way to figure out how many oz of fluids you should be drinking daily is as follows:

Take your body weight divide that by 2, then divide that number by 8, it'll give you the number of 8oz servings of fluids you should intake daily for proper hydration.
ex, you weigh 125lbs, 125/2= 62.5, then 62.5/8=7.8 or roughly 8 glasses of water.

How to do this is totally up to you, it does include your 2 glasses of Oj and 1 glass of milk, leaving you with only 5 servings of fluids to consume. If you get yourself a regular sized bottle of water from the convenience store (usually about 16oz) and refill it about 2-3 times a day it should provide you with plenty of hydration.

Hope this helps. cheers to you...

I have a 16 oz bottle every day, and I fill it up at least 4 times during the day. to keep track, I put a piece of tape on it every thime I refill it. 4 pieces of tape = 8 glasses of water or 64 oz.

Its better to eat your fruit than to drink them!!!
Drink two glasses of water before breakfast as soon as you wake up and one glass before every meal.
Carry bottle of water with you all the time and you will notice how much more you will drink than if you dont carry it with you.

P.S. a little secret - tea and coffee can be counted as water as long as its not more than half...but its healthier to drink plain water

Fill up a couple 2 litre bottles or a gallon jug.

Cut back on juice. Believe me, it will help.
