is 8 3/4 inches actually TOO big? I have never met a girl who can take it all and they sometimes complain about pain. I'm worried it will effect my sex life my whole life. Is it possible to get an operation to reduce it maybe 2 inches?

Not at all. That's not too big, that's just about right : -D Maybe they're just natural complainers LOL.
Now, let me be serious... I think, it's more of a lubrication issue so maybe use some lube from now on. It can also be related to her not being at that point of arousal so pay special attention to her during foreplay. It can be the positioning as well.

It depends on if the girl in question is really tight or just regular size. If she is really tight it can kind of hurt and be unconfortable.
Yes, there is an opperation. My advice though..find the girl you want to spend the rest of your life with or be with for a good long while first before you think about getting an operation. Why, even the tightest girl will still try. Most will figure out a way to have sex with someone big even if it means doing some things they wouldn' t normally do. They will find a way.

No you're not too big. A woan's vagina can stretch to be able to give birth to a big human head. So it will be able to stretch very easy to be able to fit 8 3/4 inches.
the average size is 5 1/2 to 7 1/2 inches. so you are just about 1 inch above. no big deal at all. you do NOT need to have an operation! love what you got. go slow and use lots of lube!

Not at all. Experiment with different positions. I lost my virginity to a rather "well-endowed" man, and it was all about positions. I was never able to have women-on-top sex because it hurt too much, but spooning sex (spoon her while you are both on your sides and penetrate her from behind; apparently the depth allowed is relatively shallow) was awesome.
If nothing else works, maybe find some easy chick who's experienced and has lots of space to fill? (jokes!)

I wish I had your problem! From what I hear, most women fantasize about being with someone like you. They say size doesn't matter. That is just to make a man like me feel better about himyself! I think a lot depends on how wide you are, because your length should be fine. You might want to keep some k-y around to make it more enjoyable for both of you, and be big on foreplay to make sure she is hot and ready for you. Focus on her pleasure and not your own and you will both find satisfactions galore!!

It probably is too big, but you'll still find lots of women willing to try.
Sort of like those 76 ounce steaks some restaurants have. Nobody needs that much, but people drive from all over to give it a shot.

That's only a little above average.
Most women when fully aroused would be able to handle much more than that no problem. Certainly if you try to rush things along too quickly that will cause problems regardless of your size.
Make sure you are devoting plenty of time to HER needs and I bet you will not have this problem.

What you should do is learn how to use it effectively. Learn positions that don't allow for deep penetration or train yourself not to fully insert. If worst comes to worst, you could always get one of those donut like things to wear at the base of your penis during sex to prevent full penetration.
