None! Your height is determined by genetics and there is no exerise which can change it.

You have to learn to accepy yourself for what you are. While you may be a short person, you are probably outstanding in a lot of othert things. Learn to live with yourself.

I don't know if there is an exercise that will increase your height at 18, but you might have another growth spurt in you. Try to get an inversion table or go to chiropractor, stretch spine, keep it from being compressed. Its more genetic than anything and if your past puberty things that will promote growth are less effective.

Do skipping with the rope and cycling, which stretches the leg bones. Yogic postures like Surya Namaskar, Sarvangasan, Halasan and Matsyasan are very effective, but should be practiced under the guidance
