You could be anaemic or have low blood pressure - see your doctor for a checkup. It must be horrible feeling like this all the time and probably is nothing serious. Make sure you eat regularly - lack of food causes your blood sugar to drop and this will make you feel lightheaded and sick; I stupidly went on a crash diet for two weeks before a holiday when I was younger and felt absolutely terrible all the way through it! Good luck!

Could be excess stomach acid. That would def make you feel sick. Are you eating regulally as an empty stomach would do it too. Try some gaviscon or zantac. You can also buy some anti sickness tablets over the counter now called Motilium, they do work too. If it persists I suggest you see your Dr...Good luck xxx

Viruses and also the flu can cause this. I would recommend seeing your doctor for further evaluation of the situation to see what they think could be causing this.

Maybe it is stress.
Or like the first girl said, anemia.

Get a blood test.

Do some exercise.
Sleep very less. Eat less.
Work much. Don't worry. It will work.
And enjoy life.
