Well I went the whole day feeling nothing, then at night I had a little bit of stomach pain with a nauseous feeling. Then I tried to sleep and woke up feeling close to vomiting and feeling cold.

I just threw up, only once, though, and I feel kinda better.

What do I have? (I know it's vague, but please, name things.)

How can I stop it? I feel like I might do it again. Help! I cannot stand throwing up, and I'm being serious.

you have a virus. go to the doctor. also drinking very hot water with lemon and or ginger is good to sooth your stomach. But obviously dont drink it when its scalding, just as you would a cup of tea or coffee.

Sounds like you had what is commonly known as .......... food poisoning. You ate something that wasnt cooked all the way or which was a little old. Or you have the flu. Most likely though if you feel much better that its food poisoning.

Sounds a little like food poisoning. You will most likely recover, but you might want to take a trip to the emergency room if symptoms reoccur.

You are alive, so it doesn't sound terribly serious. Food poisoning can be deadly.
