I just want to know if others have had the same experience, or close to it. At this point I'm not taking any vitamins. I've been nagged by friends and family to take a multivitamin to combat fatigue. In the past I've taken multivitamins in the morning hoping to feel some kind of benefit during the day. I feel okay if and when I take B-complex vitamins alone, but if I take a multivitamin instead of B-complex vitamins I feel tired and my stomach aches.
