I am interested in practicing natural family planning - charting my cycle and using that to determine my fertile times. I already monitor my cervical mucus but want to start monitoring my temperature.

Does anyone have any helpful advice on the subject, or could you recommend any good websites so that I can learn a bit more about it.

Looking at the cute little picture you have provided, Suze, you have a long long way to go before worrying about natural family planning, unless you are providing the readers here a misleading portrait of yours! As for a website that may throw more light on the subject, try Third Age!

Planned Parenthood can give you a graph chart and a basal thermometer. If you are consistent you will know EXACTLY when you ovulate.
