when i come home from school i take my top and just sit in the house topless no bra nothing because no one is home until 7 pm and i am 15 is it ok to do that

I am 17 and I do the same thing a lot. I luv being topless and I swim topless in my pool all the time. Often in warm weather I will come home and change into my bikini bottom, swim, then shower and put on a pair of shorts or a skirt with no top, stay like that until bed time, when I strip naked to sleep, and only put a top on to go to school the next day.
Be aware that you run the risk of being sprung. If whoever you live with (I assume Mum, Dad, siblings?) come home early unexpectantly they may catch you.
I overcame this risk by talking to Mum about it. She was really cool, and we agreed on some ground rules (eg: I can go topless but not nude, not allowed to go out the front door, etc) which were all things I wouldn't want to do anyway. And now Mum, Dad and my bro have all seen me topless so many times its no big deal, and I luv it.

It's a matter of personal choice, and is perfectly fine. I spend alot of time naked when I'm home (I live with 2 other student roommates) and it's a matter of comfort and relaxation in a very casual way...nothing the least bit sexual about it.
As long as you're in an appropriate place and behaving in an appropriate manner, your clothing (or lack of it) is entirely your business.

Sure why not?! When I get home I take off all of my clothes, it's just nice to sometimes relax in the nude.

your home do whatever makes you feel comfortable i like to walk around in my underwear but at least keep a shirt handy just in case someone shows up
