First, I would like to say you are supposed to be at least 13 to be here, but since you have already asked your question, and seem to really need help, no harm done.
Now, about this wieght issue you feel like you are having... why do you think you are fat? You say you know you are not, and I understand that you may know it, but after all the way we feel isn't about what we KNOW its about what we Think. So, like I asked, why do you think you are fat? Is it possible other people at school make fun of you for something and just say stuff to be mean? Are you subjected to your parents or other adults who seem to be healthy constantly see themselves as fat? Are you having trouble in school or at home causing you to take your emotions out on yourself? I would reall suggest you sit down and talk with your parents or guardians about this, because what is going on with you sounds like there could be some underlying emotional problem and wouldn't hurt for you to see a counselor. Sometimes just having an outside party, someone not related to you or biased in any way to talk to can help.
I am sorry that I can't give you any advice other than this about what you are going through. But you should keep in mind that you are only 12 and your body has alot of changing to go through. It breaks my heart to hear someone so young already obsessed about their weight and it makes it worse knowing your body is still changing. I hope you have someone you can go to about this problem and I hope that in someway this helps you a litte. But remeber, it should not be about how you look that determines how you feel, it should be about how you feel determines the way you look.

even though your skinny, at 12 you have puppy fat.
don't go snacking on food because you know puppy fat is gonna go sometime in your life, you'll just regret it.
just keep exercising away, it's what everybody is nagging people to do anyway.
plussss... boys don't like no asses, every guy i had wanted me to have a big ***.
you cant win.
have a nice cup of tea because it's filling and refreshing, or even better, have green tea. fills you up, reduces your appetite and also speeds up your metabolism! which is what makes you nice and skinny and makes your hair look good! ...and other reasons Japanese peoples are so perfect.

its just the fact that your growing up, youll have ALOT more to worry about when your 15... or 16... such as wrinkles, exellant skin, money, keeping a house and all that other shizz. but the more we worry, the more grey hairs we'll get! ahhh!
best is to just be as laid back as boys are. people prefer laid back people than the worriers believe it or not.

well if your skinnie ask can be dont worry about that but
keep working out it'll come in hendiie when you're
older, but dont worry about that you're still yet only 12
years old so go outside and have some fun you're skinny
and everytime you think you're fat slap yourself your fine alright

Don't worry about your weight. Your body knows what's best for you. If you are gaining weight, your body is trying to tell you something. AKA go with the flow.

maybe you should talk to a professional counselor. even the guidance counselor at school might help. find a hobby, read a book, learn a new language or how to play an instrument, anything to occupy your mind.

u just 12 and u have good metabolism for age 12. do light cardio kick boxing for lost your fat faster
