I am not that super fat or anything, but want to get in REALLY great shape. I am 4'10" and weigh 110. I would like to try to get down to about 95 (if you check, that's a perfect BMI count for my height, or lack there of! :) I have tried the lazy way, by not eating, or by taking pills, but obviously, this doesn't work. I have been REALLY good this time. I have worked out 6 out of 7 days for the past 5 weeks on my eliptical machine for 30, 45 or 75 minutes. I eat egg whites and wheat bread for breakfast or diet oatmeal. I don't snack at all and usually only eat plain turkey or chicken sandwiches on wheat bread, no mayo, no cheese, just lettuce once in a while. I lost 2 pounds the first week, 2 the second and have been at a complete stand still since! My pants even seem tighter now than when I started. Can anyone help? I am losing hope and I am planning a trip with my kids to Hawaii early next year and don't want to scare people off the beach!
