Obviously you have seen a medical doctor. The best thing you can do to stop gallbladder pain is to stop eating any fatty foods. If you are in extreme pain only eat fruit. That's the easiest food on the gallbladder at this time.

You have to go on the low fat diet to help reduce the pain.

Take two capsules of digestive enzymes every time you eat to help your body process food.

If you are 100% sure it's gallbladder to relieve pain you have right now try some ginger ale soda, the gas in it will cause you to belch and feel better for a while.
But you really should see your MD if he recommends removing the GB believe me it's nothing at all..now it can be taken out with only a few small cuts and you'll be good as new in a week or so.

Sounds like you already had an ERCP (Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography). And someone diagnosed you with Acalculous biliary pain (ABP)? Under 35% they should have recommended cholecystectomy (surgical removal of the gallbladder) ? Are you asking what to do until then? What did the doctors say? Not enough info to really comment. Need to follow up with your doctor.

I assume you have gallstones. Usually fatty foods can cause increased problems. Morphine is not given for pain because it increases spasms of the biliary sphincters..usually Demerol is given. If gallstones, it should be corrected by laparoscopic surgery/cholecystectomy.
