If you have tingling in the leg it could be sciatica but I think also a pinched nerve. I have both so I now how they feel and the pinched nerve can tingle if you rub it and there really isn't anything you can do for it . I asked the doctor and pinched nerves are just that "pinched" and you can't go in & "unpinch" them. Don't worry many people have it. Some go to physical therapists to have them loosen up the nerve if it gets worse. Massage is good & get yourself one of those rolling massagers with the balls on the bottom, & rub over it for 5 minutes or more it helps! If it's sciatica again you can't get rid of it , it goes down the leg and the pain is more intense but you also feel it in the inner thigh. See a neurologist they can tell you right away. Mine did, except I ended up with both. Good Luck!

Sounds like a pinched sciatic nerve or worse. Do the following self-examination. Stand up and bend forward. Then bend backwards. If you have pain when bending forward only, it's a muscle strain. If you have pain bending both ways, you might have a slipped disc in the spine.

Sometimes that is caused by early diabetes. It's something to check on, anyway.
