first you need to set a realistic goal as it does not take several weeks to gain 50 lbs. the rate of fat loss is always several times slower than it takes to gain the weight initially. next you need to forget about just losing "weight" and focus on living a healthy lifestyle and you will never had to worry about regaining the weight once you have lost it. being healthy and fit is a way of life not a passing fancy. change your lifestyle or be one of these women who has been dieting for decades with out much change in the way they look or feel about themselves.

Remember the old saying "that you reap what you sow".

Please Do Not Expect To Lose So Much In Just A Few Weeks. While It Can Be Done, It Never Stays Off And It Could Cause You To Become Very Sick. Possibly Even Kill You. I've Struggled With Weight For Years And It Took Me Forever To Get Where I Am. First Of All You Should See How Big Your Bones Are. That Will Tell You How Much You Should Lose. That And How Big Your Proportions Are. (Hips Bust) Sort Of Thing. NEVER EVER HATE YOURSELF. That Will Lead To Emotional Eating And Make You Bigger. I Suggest You Take Something Like St. John's Wort. It's An All Natural Antidepressant. I've Lost About Forty Lbs Since I Beat My Depression. Try To Eat Dinner Around 6 Or 7 And Then Take A Walk Outside. I've Done This For A Month Already And It's Like Second Nature To Me. I Also Heard That Having Hot-Pockets Alot Are Good Because It's A Great Way To Watch Your Fat Grams. Make Sure Your Posture Is Good.

And To The People Who Have Something To Say To You, Try To Comment Back On Them. Find A Flaw I Guess And Say It To Them Sweetly Like It's A Suggestion. This Will Make Them So Worried About Themselves That They Won't Even Notice Your Flaws. Show Confidence And Personality. Don't Just Focus On Your Looks. It Attracts The Worth While People.

You should find a boy that you like and that might motivate you for this gigantic step in your life. The fact that you are only giving yourself a couple of weeks might be a problem but we can solve this. In order for you to lose the kind of weight you want we are going to have to flush out your system with a Colon Cleanser. Something that will make your pipes open so all the food you do eat won't sit there and literally fill you up. Don't try throwing up or not eating at all because you won't be able to keep up with it. You need to start working out. Do it somewhere where people won't see you, because our goal is to stop the laughter. Start off in your room doing crunches and all of the stuff you half way did in PE. This time do it with a cause. You want the pain because the pain means less weight and less weight means less ridicule and less ridicule means guys like you. Don't give yourself a couple of weeks. Give yourself your life because it is not going to be a one time thing you are picking a new lifestyle sweetheart and I'm proud of you. Start swinging those arms around in place. Do your jumping jacks and let's make you a college bound hottie.

Fast for one day, deal with feeling hungry... Eat small meals, lean meat, vegetables & whole grain carbohydrates. Don't eat within 3-4 hours of sleep.
