Wed morn. I was involved in an accident after a lady ran a red light she T-boned us and the fire dept. had to pry open the door for the paramedics to get me out. I was taken to the ER and had a CT scan of head and x-ray of back done everything was good. They gave me pain pills and Valium. Today I wake up and my right shoulder is stiff as the day goes the pain gets worse now it is horrible my shoulder burns and my hand keeps tingling and going numb even the pills they gave me aren't helping. Hubby says I need to go back out to ER but I am afraid they will say its just stiff and act like I am a sissy or something. I really dont wanna waste insurance money if it is nothing. My question is does anyone have any ideas what this could be and is worth another trip to ER? Thanks in advance for any suggestions

Tingling and numbness in the hands and fingers sounds like a nerve has been pinched or damaged. Make an appointment with your MD tp follow up unless the discomfort is intolerable, then go to the hospital.
Instead of using all the insurance, have them bill your insurance company first.
