im going to the philippines this summer.three things i absolutely hate about it! 1, plane...2, dentist...3, discomfort!
i really hate the plane and i get claustraphobic. the second is the worst.......i have to get oral surgery. most of my life, ive got a lot of permanent teeth pulled out. now, i like have a phobia of dentists. i have to get two permanent teeth out and to wisdom teeth out. which apparently involves suregry that i aint ready for. i need help..i really cant stop thinkin bout the surgery..im so scared! i hate bleeding in the mouth and i hate stitches and i especially hate pain! plz help

I'm a 16 year old guy and I weigh around 75 kilograms (around 165 pounds) and I'm 5' 8'' tall. My goal is to lose around 15 Kilos (or 30-something pounds). What sort of exercises should I do to help me lose weight, tone my muscles, and improve my speed and my stqamina? Could you also suggest what sort of things I should eat pls?

Is there a website that will tell me the difference between rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis? I know I have osteoarthritis in my lower back and hips, but can a person have osteoarthritis in their hands also? I have some awful pains in both thumbs. Not carpal tunnel syndrome, I've had surgery for that.

i WANT NEED 2 come off these meds however so far ive had SEVERE withdrawal & have resorted 2 useing other pain meds i KNOW that given the chance i could taper off the meds ill need the doctors help/understanding i do not CANNOT continue 2 use others meds or get on methadone i dont want drug maintence i want 2 be drug free.i was addicted 2 heroin 4 9 years did the whole methodone thing ive been clean 4 almost 3 years thx 2 a doctor who gave me suboxone when i had the insurance 2 pay for visits & the medication.i no longer have insurance.I know from experience that if not stopped NOW that me living day 2 day taking what I can depending on what is available i will go down FAST.i CANNOT resort 2 heroin & on somedays im having 2 take meds like oxycontin bcuz w/the exception of heroin its the only option.ive tried cold turkey & icant do it.if given the chance i KNOW that i will succesfully get off all meds i know what its like 2 b on heroin & methadone. i dont want 2 go there again i CANT

Whenever I take self-assessments to see if I may have a problem it always comes back that it is likely that I have anorexia. For instance I took the following assessment http://www.casapalmera.com/eating-disorder-treatment/anorexia-and-bulimia-self-test.html and I got a score of 36 (the only reason it wasn't lower is because I can't say that my friends tell me I'm thin - Q. # 12). I have a BMI of 41 (considered morbidly obese). The only reason that I'm not thin is because I can't succesfully starve myself long enough to actually lose any weight - I always cave. I eventually get hungry and wind up eating. I don't even really binge I just tend to eat foods that are bad for me.

I've gone to a doctor who specializes in eating disorders because I was concerned about my weight - she says I need to have more discipline and self control.

What do you think - could I really be anorexic even though I'm so fat?

I can make my eardrums rumble. (at least I think it is my eardrums) It is as if I am isolating the muscles around them and tense tense them up and then they rumble. Of course it's not loud enough for anyone else to hear. And no I am not hearing things. Also I have been able to do this as long I can remember. It doesn't hurt either. Nothing shows up as abnormal on hearing tests.

i've been depressed for a long time. monday was horrible. but then the next day i felt like a completely different person - i was happy, full of myself, wanting to hurt others (emotionally) and talkative. the only time i feel like talking is when i think i'm better than everyone else. i don't get in that mood often. i guess it's worn out since i'm feeling suicidal right now. oh and i can't get help cause i don't think my parents deserve to know somethings wrong with me.

did anybody else have any horror stories with the birth-control shot? I remember I had panic attacks, thought I couldnt breathe, Numbness, and gained about 50 pounds in 6 months...and pretty much thought I was going to die, now even today I'm scared that something will happen to me and I will have to go through that pain again, worst of all, no one believes that this happened to me and the shot was to blame, my mother repeatedly told me that it was "all in my head" even though I ended up in the hospital TWICE over the sht, so does anyone else have any horror stories or information on how we could possibly sue..?

ok im 21 year old male who is found a very strong intrest in bodybuilding and am in pretty good shape but i have like 8 inches around my waiste i want to lose i know that it will take lots
