When trying to loose 80lbs, what is the best method?

I'm tired of starving then binging.

I don't want to go into a health food/supplement store and ask for advice, b/c i feel their opinions are biased, after all they are selling weight loss products.

I own a Total Gym Platinum seen here

I have started to do a very physical job and I have been suffering due to the demands of it and I need some extra energy in the morning. I was recommended whey protein as an addition to my breakfast but how many teaspoons should one deposit into a glass of milk early in the morning?

Hi,
My bike tire blew while I was peddaling really fast I hurt alot in places I never knew exisisted on my forty year young body...did get xrays nothing is broken just hurts...
wrist is sore and neck is sore too.My left arm is scraped really good too.
My legs and feet are fine :)
My son's think I best give up bike riding for excerise last time I was hit by a truck....geez...I thought biking was healthy and safe...my doctors says start walking instead...oh man...

The rainy season is here and it always brings my health down, I need to keep my wieght on so my body has the fighting power to protect against random viruses. I'm 5'4" and I wiegh 98 lbs. that is not good at all. I am struggling to keep the wieght I have, much less gain more, any suggestions? My current diet already has at least 3000 cal. a day. I need more calories without having to eat soo much.

I'm 20 years old. I usually drink lots of water. I am a smoker and don't excercise too much. I was very dehydrated due to consumtion of way too much alcohol early this week ( i usually don't drink much) but that's when the dizzy spells started. Since that day i have stayed extra hydrated but they keep comming back. If i cough I get dizzy for a moment also when i look down very quickly. Looking up usually makes it go away more quickly but why is this happening?

OK... So my period started 3 months ago and it was perfectly regular it started on March 21 and then i got it again on April 21 and then again on May 27 and suddenly i got it again today (June 15) Its like a week ahead of my schedule is this normal??????????????

I was being helped off the couch and my friend let go.
They put me on flexeril and it doesnt work.
The pain is better at some times and worse at others.
The pain gets to the point i cant stand and i get stuck in a bent over position.
I try to lay down and it doesnt help.
I cant sit for long periods of time.
My doctor i was at before i moved didnt even try to find out what it was they just gave me muscle relaxers and told me to take them.
My muscle relaxers dont work anymore.

I have only had sex once, and I don't know if my hymen is broken or not. I don't know if it bled sometime when I'd inserted a tampon, or not, because the first few times I did it, I put it in wrong, and it was sore. I had my first period 6 years ago, so I don't really remember it. But 3 weeks ago, I had sex with my boyfriend and I didn't bleed, but I'm on my period now and putting in a tampon really hurt for me. What are indicators that my hymen is broken? (I don't know my mother, my grandmother is very old-fashioned, and most of my friends are men.)

I was recently prescribed vicodin for a surgery I had. My boss went nuts at the thought of having some and has been asking me daily for pills. I have given him some but I need them for pain. I just don't get the attraction - they don't do much except help me sleep at night through the pain. He calls them happy pills. What's up?
