I'm 20 years old. I usually drink lots of water. I am a smoker and don't excercise too much. I was very dehydrated due to consumtion of way too much alcohol early this week ( i usually don't drink much) but that's when the dizzy spells started. Since that day i have stayed extra hydrated but they keep comming back. If i cough I get dizzy for a moment also when i look down very quickly. Looking up usually makes it go away more quickly but why is this happening?

the exact same thing happened to one of my best friends a few years ago. after about a week or so of being dizzy and all that, she blacked out in the middle of her college cafeteria. when she finally went to the doctor, she found out that she was anemic. (low amounts of iron, so now she has to take iron pills) I would say go to the doctors asap bc it could be that or something completely different...but just dont wait until you black out yourself.

The brief description that you offer is similar to the symptoms of labyrinthitis. This is a condition of the inner ear usually affecting the semi circular canals which control balance. You would be advised to consult your doctor for diagnosis and treatment, if so required.
Hope this helps.

Do u have any ear / neck problem?

Seems like u have BPPV-benign paroxysmal positional vertigo...Your dizziness(vertigo) could be because of alcohol and smoking(most probably it is). Both of them are known to produce vertebrobasilar insufficiency (less blood flow to brain).

These two produce a number of horrible diseases including all sorts of cancers.Reduce life span. Being female they will also have much adverse effect on your future offspring.

U seem to be genetically predisposed so please QUIT them as soon as possible.

Eat healthy and drink plenty of water. You may have low blood sugar. Drink orange juice or a sugary juice to lift your sugar levels.
Stop smoking and get hydrated.

OK. First of all, do you really think that doctors will be here looking for people like you to answer questions for??? Come on. Go to Webmd.com or your own physician.
