I am concerned with that because my period for me is like a disease, it makes me feel horrible and weak. I got a lot of cramps and I also get depressed. I was thinking in going to the gym but them I rememberd that I heard that it is not good for you to exercise during those days and I have just got my period. What can I do?

I know it's somewhat impossible, but I just need an estimate. Sorry if I'm using the metric scale, I'm not used to feet and inches. I'm a guy, 18 years old, and 165. My dad is 166 and my mom is 156. I have a younger bro of 17 and he's 172, my sis is 14 and she's 158. My dad's side of families are short and around his height. My mom's brothers are huge, averaging at least 180 each, which explains why my younger bro is taller than me I guess. My puberty started when I was somewhere between 13 to 14 (noted by acne and pubic hair). I barely have armpit and facial hair presently. When is it most likely that I will reach my adult height and the final stages of my puberty?

Been on setraline hcl for 2 weeks. increased my dose after the first week (doctors orders) and had worse panic attacks. went back down to 25 mg. having trouble sleepings and very paranoid. I feel like i forget everything on this med. should i stop? and how long should i taper off it for??

I do my maths over a week of my intake of calories and what i burn, and divide over 7 days is this wrong? i calculated 14.000cal intake a week and knocked off the 6,000 cal a week that i burn, i should lose weigght this way? where am i going wrong?

I was trying to read and I noticed I could only see half the page! I have to move my eyes over far to see the rest, and even then, some of the words aren't there at the end unless I look way past them. There is this constantly moving blurriness in half of my right eye. Even if I close my eye, I can see this blurriness shimmering. This has been going on for about 45 minutes now, since I woke up. I feel a little dizzy. If this doesn't stop, should I be worried? Should I go to the eye doctor? What's going on?

My Mom's fibromyalgia pain is constant. All she does is cry and want someone to rub her knees and legs. Dad is losing sleep. Doctors have tried all types of pain relievers, nothing is happening. Yesterday, when I was massaging my mother's legs, it felt like she didn't have any flesh to them, just skin and bone. I'm really scared my mom is gonna leave us. Any suggestions for the constant, excrutiating pain. It comes with vengeance at nighttime.

i misscarried in april and my last period was two weeks long i have just started again.I have had the pain on and off since the misscaridge in april,also i bleed everytime me and hubby have s*x. Hello, i'm 39, single, never have children and i wonder if i can still have them, i'm very healthy, i have normal periods and very exact, on time, i have never had any problem whit night sweats and all that stuff people claim that at 37 start the premenopause, infact i think is a big lie, but i have some doubts, really it exist, why i don't have any symptoms at all??, my skin very soft and i don't have wrinkles or none cellulite?, i'm beginning to think all this things are phycological inflicted on the persons mind, tell me if i'm wrong, and if after menopause woman can still have orgasm and be sexually stimulated, cause i heard once it come you can not have orgasm and never again be wet, is this true?, so sad to know :(, help me and tell me the true.

This is gonna sound weird, but I sort of have this bone in my shoulder that sticks straight up(I don't know if it's a bone, I just know it's hard), was wonderin if anyone else has this problem?? My doc thought it was an extra liver at first, but then he touched it and realized it was hard, and was baffeled. He don't even know what it is. It is also causing severe shoulder pain. I've done stretches and everything to get the bone back into place like it should be, but it just stays there, all nice and pointy in it's pointy glory. I was just wondering if I was rare, or if other people had this problem too. It's really weird cause I can twist my arm all the way around without it hurting. Any suggestions??

My girlfriend has had problems with vaginal cysts before and they caused her a ton of pain and she had multiple injections to get rid of them. I was not sexually active with her when this had happened. We are now sexually active, however. While using my hand I can feel this relatively hard rounded "object" inside of her. I would say it 2-3 inches deep and about the size of a small nut. It doesn't seem to cause any reaction when I touch it or anything like that. Im afraid to tell her or mention it to her and her take it the wrong way and feel self conscious about herself and shut off all sexual contact. Is it possible that this is just a cyst and nothing to worry about? I have a very small cyst behind my ear and it feels very similar to what I am feeling inside her. Any help would be grea!

I met this aspie girl, shes has a lot of previous sex partners. Says she never loved them even if she told them that, says she loves me though.

But a lot of aspie guys say they don't love, so whats the deal? I studied the internet sites but few talk about women aspies and fewer about love or sex.

What is love, are we all dressing it up a little. If its an animal thing like anger, or fear then love should be present in many creatures and should be better understood. If its an intellectual thing in the more recently evolved part of our brain, then is it just a constructed idea, that appeals to us makes us feel better?
