As long as you are burning the calories you eat you should be able to keep a constant weight.

The amount of excercise is not meaningful in and of itself. The important piece is your diet.

To maintain your current weight, your calorie consumption and expenditure must be the same. If you were maintaining with 60 min of excercise (meaning not losing weight), then you can probable maintain with 45 min of excercise if you cut back some calories.

That being said, 60 min a day is a lot (assuming you are talking 6-7 days per week). Can you add some details to your question so that we can better help you.

1. What type of excercise?
2. How many days per week?
3. What does your diet consist of?
4. How many daily calories?
4. What is your age range?
