kay so i have like many questions because i want to like lose some weight and become more toned.
1. if i ran for half an hour in the morning, before i shower and go to school, say 4:30am, would that be better than running in the afternoon or evening?
2. consulting number 1, how many hours should i get of sleep each night if i'm going to do this stuff?
3. if i do yoga after school, around 3:00pm, would that be an okay time considering my eating rountines and times?
4. any good exercises for toning stomachs?
5. how many days a week should i go to the gym and do cardio?
this is some stuff about me (:
female. 5'5''. 128 pounds.
eat at 6:00am, 10:50am, 6:30ish pm.
