I've been reading a lot lately about cinnamon as a natural way to lower blood sugar. Check with your doctor before trying anything if you're taking medications to lower blood sugar. Try the Prevention website for more ideas. We've had good luck with the low-carb Mediterranean diet.

Ketogenic diet
That is the very best way to lower blood sugar.
If you ask on the alternative medicine boards, you will get more answers about supplements. I do believe chromium is suggested for this purpose, but don't know if it really works.

You can often relieve the mild pain, swelling and inflammation of hemorrhoids with home treatments. Often these are the only treatments needed https://tr.im/ZSJdm

With these treatments, hemorrhoid symptoms often go away within a week. See your doctor if you don't get relief in a week, or sooner if you have severe pain or bleeding.
