It dehydrates you, making your skin lose it's elasticity, causing the cellulite to show through the surface.

I think it lets it show more easily if you already have it. diet carbonated drink however are bad for you in many other ways. Your diet drink will most likely contain Aspartame, this is the sweetener they use in the place of sugar. In all lab rat test using this substance there was never a case that a lab rat didn't get a brain tumor. Aspartame causes many health problems. just type Aspartame in a search engine like yahoo and you'll get a huge list of health problems it causes. I'd say cellulite is the least of your problems.
