I was not overweight or anything when I first started wearing it, and I'm not now either. But will my waist stay the way it is even if I stop wearing the cincher? If not, how long will it stay small before going back to the way it was?

No, I'm NOT looking to lose weight from this. I mean that since I lost inches off my actual waist size (not fat, genius) will it stay that way when I stop using the cincher?

Do you mean a "gothic" style waist cincher, or an athletic one? Either way, I don't think it will last. Eventually it will fill back out (your waist, I mean).

It won't last long, The cincher just forces body fat back into the body. You don't lose any weight from it. It will re appear shortly. If your not overweight, get rid of it and enjoy life.

No, it won't stay that way. You will go back to being your normal size. I assume you take it off at night? If you do, you will probably back to normal the next day.
