it really depends on how short or tall the "male" is. His BMI and other factors. But generally speaking a healthy weight for a man 6ft average build should be around 185 to 195. It's just hard to say, cause your questions kind of vague.

There isn't one. We're all different.

As long as your body fat percentage is under 15% you are at a healthy weight.

it matters on how tall u are, not if ur an adult male!
