Paige and Greenterrabella mentioned that i should find a right bra...which is very true cos i have been wearing the wrong bra for years now which have contributed to the bad shape of my breasts .where can i find the right bra?..pls help cos i am new in this country.and i dont know which store to go to find the right thing.

go to nordstroms if you have one near you. I find the people at victoria's secret to be complete idiots who know nothing about proper fit. Most major department stores like nordstroms, macys, bloomingdales etc. are the best. Nordstroms will actually go out of their way to not only measure you but actually go around the store and find the best bra for you and how to properly adjust it. They are the best.

Go to the mall
Go to a department store in the mall
Like Dillard's or Macy's, nothing too expensive
Ask a worker for help in bras and she'll get you measured before you go looking for a bra.
Then she'll show you bras with the right support in the right size.
Alternatively, you could go to Gap, Victoria's Secret, or Frederick's of Hollywood.
Gap's bras are pretty tame, the other two are more raunchy.
Victoria's Secret, as much as I like it, is expensive. If you're new in the States, I wouldn't recommend blowing all your money there.

I have always recommeded shopping for bra's and pantie's at Victoria Secret's. They have a huge selection and both their bra's and pantie's are VERY comfortable. I also recommend trying JcPenneys and/or Macys. Good luck on finding the right one. : )

If you are in the US you can go into just about any department store and ask for someone in the bra department to measure you.

go to victorias secret and they will fit you for one and tell you some suggestions about wich ones are right for you. they are at ur local mall.
