as long as the toothpaste has fluoride in it it doesn't matter which you use, if you have sensitive teeth then sensodyne or colgate sensitive are good but ignore all these adverts about enamel erosion or whitening they are a load of crap - i'm a dental nurse so i know what i'm on about.

I only ever use colgate, i have never found a better toothpaste!

I like Arm & Hammer PEROXICARE. It's got a kind of salty, rather than sweet, flavor after I rinse. I hate the sweet stuff! And I like the way peroxide foams & cleans.
