I recently found out that the reason I have been bloated for as long as I can remember is coz I have celiac disease (allergy to wheat). I feel so much lighter and am wondering whether this will be reflected on the scale. So does bloating make you weigh more ?

Yes it can especially around the time of your period. You mentioned that you are Celiac (a problem with being sensitive to gluten which can also be found in rye, oats, spelt and other processed foods in addition to wheat), yes now that you are eating better it can reflect on the scale as well.
