The past week ive been getting mild headaches.This mornin i got up with a boster.Cant do anything i feel so crap.My eyes are hurting to.
I havent a hang over and drink plenty of water also im not detoxing.Any ideas.Even taking tablets havent helped .

Can any one suggest a good gym work out for someone who wants to loose about 5 - 6 kg of fat, tone up and along the way get in shape for the new season (as a goalkeeper). Also, what diet (exact if possible) would best accompany this programme?

i'm 13 and have been getting some kind of white stuff in my pants.
i get in everytime i change my underwear.
it doesn't itch at all. and doesn't have a strong smell.

i've heard stuff about yeast infections, any idea if i have one ?

a friend of mine recently had sex over the weekend, and now she has the urge to pee heaps, when she pees,she mentioned that she feels a bit of sensation as well there's evidence of blood, just slightly though..
she's not a virgin and her period is only due end of the month (on the pill), but she hasnt had sex for about 5 months before the weekend...what could be wrong?

Ok, I have not had my menstrual for a month and a half now, and its bugging me. I was expecting it in late April, but no signs. I didnt really notice until May!! it was late in May as well, so I decieded to get a home pregancy test and took it, and it said negative. I took it twice, ten days apart, still a negative. So I decided to go to the doctor (more so, a clinic) and they took the test there too, but it came out to be negative!! Ive been so sleepy, eating like crazy, and so fatigue its disturbing.I usually have a normal menstrual no interruptions or anything. I told the nurse that I think that I still am, and that I dont wait to long to find out that Im not producing enough HcG for my baby to survive!! She said that she cant refer me to get a blood test until, I come for a second visit in TWO WEEKS to get tested again, and then go for blood work if still comes out (-) w/no menstral(5d res.) I dont know what to do!! They wont do an ultrasound or anything. If I am I hope its healty

I have heard of paid during orgasm is this a true thing? How long does this last? Please tell me all of your horror stories regarding paragard.. I want to see the down side to getting this thing inserted. The pros outway the cons I'm sure, but I just want to be aware of the hell I"ll go through while getting it inserted and adjusting to it..

I am soon going to start taking a cinnamon supplement. I'm looking for any advice or input on the subject. I am going to start taking it in hopes of it helping to level my blood sugar levels since I have been previously diagnosed with insulin resistance.

My main question is: How do I know how much to take? I am going to be purchasing the capsules in a vegetarian form (no gelatin capsules) so I've been researching where to purchase it from. The thing is... the capsules depending on brand contain anywhere from 200/350/500/605 mg each capsule. And almost all of the brands say to take at least 2 or more capsules per day. So... there is absolutely no consistency between the brands on how much to take.

Your thoughs...? I am leaning towards purchasing the 605mg capsules. I can get a 350 capsule bottle for $24.95 and the directions say to take 2 per day with a meal. So that is 175 servings... or a nearly 6 month supply for a good price. I will be taking 1210mg per day...

I have done it quite a few times (my pill is Mycrogynon 30). Normally when i run packs together (like 2 or 3) i'm fine, but this time i have small spots of bleeding leaking through and lower stomach cramps.

Has anyone else who has run packs together had this happen? I'm trying to work out if this is the cause of my bleesing and stomach pains or if there is a possibility i might be pregnant!

I'm not due on for another 10 days and my periods are always regular exactly on the same day and even around the same time. Yet, about a week ago i started to notice tiny, pale pink spots of blood in my pants... what could be the cause of this?

Just for your info: i am on the birth control pill (Mycrogynon 30) but i have been on it for a long time now and have never had any problems before. Also, i am sexually active.

hiall, i'm a 40 year old lady who has severe nerve problems within my spine, i have been on the higher rate dla for nearly 4 years now, i have recently been told i can now claim incapacity benefit (which i can get back dated to the begining of this year) however to finish the claim off i need a dr's medical note, i have been to my dr's 3 times now and cant get one as my normal gp is on holiday and the locum's wont do it, (as they dont know me and dont have time to go through my records) fair enough, but when i phoned the job centre plus to explain this they say i need this medical note and without it i will loose money, go back to the gp's and demand a sick note, i have and they still wont do it, i'm totally at loss what to do now as my dr's not back till the 1st july and these forms i have have to be sent back by the 20th june or i will loose all backdated money, i find this totally unfair and the lady at the job centre plus says she cant help and doesn't know what to say!! arghhhhhhh
