Just wondering what this is , it showed up on a Xray that I just had that was accompanied by a MRI, that found a bulging cervical disc in the C5/6.

The sceneario:
I will be 48 on Tuesday. Last July I had a hysterectomy. Ever since, I've steadily gained weight. I've procrastinated any kind of diet or exercise program, because in my mind I feel like a lost cause. It's been almost a year now, and I have got to begin some kind of change because I am almost 230 pounds. It is mainly my mid section. I almost look 4-5 months pregnant! I feel so defeated, I don't know where to start.
What I need is a BEGINNERS program. My diet is out of control, I don't seem to have any will power...as I feel defeated, I eat unconciously. Being 48, I don't know how to get into any kind of shape. I see people running, and I would so much want to be able to do that someday..... but it seems hopeless.
Is there a "transistion" program I can follow that won't be intimidating, or discouraging? Thanks for reading and your answers.

I am 16 and i sometimes get these really short, numb pains in ranbom joints like an elbow or knee, sometimes wrists. There is no swelling or any sharp, painful pains. Just these numb ones. It's not everyday that i get them...just like 5 times a week, sometimes more and somtimes less. It doesnt hurt at all that much that i would want to go to a doctor. Could it be that im still growing??

its been over 3 mos. now and my breast does hurt.i don't feel a lump,its just when i press my breast it hurts.i feel it somewhere in the middle and my armpits do hurt.i don't see a scratch or anything.these pain re-occur during and after my menstruation.i get them before my menstruation and after my menstruation they come again.they don't hurt while my menstruation is going on?is this breast cancer?cuz if it is i don't want to tell my parents cuz i dont want to alarm them.please help?:D

I know someone who is quiet,and keeps to himself,butwhen he opens up,he seems like he can converse in a variety of subject matter and seems well versed in the technicalities in whatever he's talking about,ie-(descrbes things in deatail and to a tee etc...)It's like he can mix and match with the best of people and can adapt to almost any person and can bring out the best in them etc...But he is also hot tempered and prone to anger out bursts etc.Poeple seem drawn and fascinated to him though.Reason?

My mother is 75 and since I remember she used to provoke jeoulsy between her children to force them to do things that she wanted....For example if my brother wouldn't study she would tell him how my sister was good at school.and if my sister was not obeying what she wanted she would tell her how wise and mature my brother was and if I was naughty she would tell how my brother and sister were and would never do such a things I were doing.....well the result is that none of the children have good relationship with each other and of course with her now....although she was a wonderful mother and was very caring and had sacrifised everything in her life for the sake of her children....even now when she wants something from me she does the same thing she first admires my brother or my sister in front of me because of what she desires and then she asks me what she wants me to do.she is old and fragile now ...so what can I do when I get angry with this?

she says i am getting her very upset . first of all i am 35 and i have a 16 year old son. but what makes her mad is that she says i am very unhelthy . i eat fast food , every day since i cant cook for sh*t , excuse my language . and i drink a 2 litter of pepsi everyday . i also work from home so i sleep until 4 or 5 in the afternoon . which is usually 12 hours of sleep . she says that i am giving these bad habits to my son because he is 6 -1 and weighes 260 pounds . i am 6-2 and only weigh 200 . he also has alot of acne . am i causeing this ? am i weird or what ?

or burning sensation, I just rub them and ignore it. I get up and go up about twelve stairs and my hearts starts beeting really fast. I go to the bathroom and instantly feel like I am gonna puke. I sat there for a few and took some really good breaths in and out. It lasted for about three - five minutes. I was also sweating really bad, all over. I got really hot and felt like I was going to pass out. I am 33 years old. I am on my period and it's the second day. Has this ever happened to anyone and what could it be. Is there a chance I am pregnant. I went walking and running yesterday for the first time in 5 years and I am a smoker. It's been about twenty minutes and I feel back to normal but I have a really weird feeling of neusea, light pressure and some light light hurting in my lower stomach.

Is there anything I can do to make my balls and upper pubic area to stop itching WITHOUT shaving it? everytime it itches I like twitch in my legs and stuff...and its embarrasing....and when i lay on my bed in my boxers they itch and i always grab at them really fast and then i rip some out and it HURTS!!! so what can i do? thanks.

I am getting ready to sign up for flexible spending at work. I need to know about how much surgery would cost. I am pretty positive I have colon endo. I am going to go back to the doc to discuss this once I get insurance. I told a former doc that I have always bled rectally when I have my period (for about 18 years now) and she looked at me like that was the strangest thing she had ever heard of and recommended a colonoscopy (which I am about to have done.). Also, I have a very physical job (I walk 8 hours a night and lift heavy boxes). How long do you think I would need to miss work? Thanks for any help.

About 2 months ago my right areola started to get really itchy. The skin was also dry and it cracked and would also sometimes bleed a teeny bit into my bra. A few weeks later, my left areola started to get a dry patch of skin as well, but as far as I know, has never bled.

It's 2 months later now and they're not so itchy anymore, but the skin is just as dry and cracked. I put lotion on them every day. I think my right areola may be inflamed, because it seems a little puffier than normal, especially on the area that bleeds.

Does anyone know what this is or how to get rid or it?? I can GUARANTEE I'm not pregnant. I don't think I have cancer either (but I guess no one's 100% certain anyway).
