Yes, it certainly could cause a change in your breathing through the nose and cause breathing through the mouth when you sleep, therefore causing snoring.

If it's a severe problem see your medical doctor because it's possible something can be done to help with the snoring problem.

Yes, often when the nose "breaks" it causes a deviated septum (the cartilage in the middle of your nostrils). This can cause an obstruction when you breathe through your nose which makes it more difficult to breath, therefore you compensate by breathing through your mouth. Mouthbreathing = snoring. If it really becomes a problem to the point it interrupts your sleep, a simple surgery can correct it.
