It's not everyday that i get them...just like 5 times a week, sometimes more and somtimes less. It doesnt hurt at all that much that i would want to go to a doctor. Could it be that im still growing??
Thanx for any advice

because this is random it very well could be growing pains. Your body needs minerals to help with the growing and the pain. The best way is the following: I recommend you drink purified water mixed with mineral water 50/50. This will replace the minerals that are exiting your body continuously.

I suggest that adults and children drink 40 ounces of water per 100 pounds of body weight every day.

keeping your body hydrated will definitely help you not feel as much discomfort.

Anything consistent or persisting over a long period of time is worth telling your physician about.

It could just be growth pains or some other simple explanations - and most likely it is. Symptoms are most likely to be caused by something common rather than something rare - such as rheumatoid arthritis.

If they persist or get worse - definitely tell your parents and doctor.

It may simply be growing, or this could be caused by food allergies. The explanation for that is really long and detailed so I'll cut it short.

You could also try a vitamin supplement with B vitamins, magnesium, and folic acid.
