You need to shave or wax again. If you are talking about the little red bumps you get from shaving or waxing? Try using a medicated lotion like Gold Bond.

You need to shave alot closer, or wax a bit more.

I personally use VEET hair removal cream - it is fantastic and does not leave any stubble. All you have to do is spread it on the hairy areas, wait for 3 minutes, then wash off - it makes me silky smooth, i've never been smoother.
Make sure you read the packaging though, because it can have horrible side effects otherwise, and keep a digital clock with you so you can carefully keep an eye on the time.
Another tip, wash it off with warm water, then use baby oil all over your legs and pat dry - even smoother!

You would need to shave again. It takes about a week for the hairs to start growing out again after shaving each time. I tried shaving the area again about 3 days after the last time I shaved because the hairs came out so quickly. I ended up making that area more irritated and bled because I did it too soon. I would wait about 2 weeks before shaving again or using whatever other method you use for the hairs there.

Perhaps you need to shave your legs/armpits more regularly, maybe using a quality razor and some shaving cream to get the closest shave. Good luck
