I know you are not comfortable with the idea of going to a dr but anything going on with the breast needs to be checked by a dr to see what they think is going on. This is especially important if it is causing pain.

Best you go see a doctor. It could be something as simple as a cyst but definitely needs to be checked out.

Hav u noticed any relation with mens. cycle? does it regress/disappear at any time? anyway, visit to yr doc is the best solution.
