or burning sensation, I just rub them and ignore it. I get up and go up about twelve stairs and my hearts starts beeting really fast. I go to the bathroom and instantly feel like I am gonna puke. I sat there for a few and took some really good breaths in and out. It lasted for about three - five minutes. I was also sweating really bad, all over. I got really hot and felt like I was going to pass out. I am 33 years old. I am on my period and it's the second day. Has this ever happened to anyone and what could it be. Is there a chance I am pregnant. I went walking and running yesterday for the first time in 5 years and I am a smoker. It's been about twenty minutes and I feel back to normal but I have a really weird feeling of neusea, light pressure and some light light hurting in my lower stomach.

You might be low on iron because of blood loss from your period and the new exercising you are doing. You also might have over exerted yourself and are having hot flashes.. And if you have been sitting in one place for a long time. You might be losing circulation. Keep yourself hydrated. And if it happens again, go to the emergency.

I get what you have, but they are called panic attacks. Mine are severe. You could have these. You need to see a doctor immediately if you still feel bad. You shouldn't be watching TV if you can't sleep, you need to go to sleep to feel better. Keep drinking plenty of water and fruit.
If you have a tightening feeling in you chest, you need to phone for an ambulance or go to ER - heart attack.

Hope you are okay. God bless you.

I have never had this but it's very possible that you could be having a heart attack (yep, young women can have them too, I know of someone that it happened to). I would recommend going to the ER to have them take a look at this situation to see what is going on.

I'm very concerned about you because of these symptoms.
