Is there anything I can do to make my balls and upper pubic area to stop itching WITHOUT shaving it? everytime it itches I like twitch in my legs and stuff...and its embarrasing....and when i lay on my bed in my boxers they itch and i always grab at them really fast and then i rip some out and it HURTS!!! so what can i do? thanks.

you can just shave it, however if it itches unnormally very often then I sugguest that you suppose to get a doctor for that.
But NEVER grab them because it really hurts. I know that since I got the same problem.

Don't shave. That will itch even worse. Is there any possibility you have crabs (pubic lice)? If so, you need to get rid of them -- ask a pharmacist to suggest something.
Another possibility is a fungus called "jock itch" that is very well named. Again, your pharmacist can help.
If it's not crabs or jock itch, then try applying aloe vera gel (sold for sunburn relief) to the area. It's very soothing.

Use a medicated powder to dry the skin and soothe the irritation.
