the weather where i live (england) has changed really quickly..its gone hot now..and for about a week my neck has been itchin soo much and now i have these tiny red spots on it..what cud it be..??..its really gettin on my nerves now..cud it be heatrash..??

This sounds like a couple of things. If it's relatively widespread, then you may be dealing with heat rash. If it is in only a few spots (especially if the spots don't move from place to place) you could be dealing with a fungal infection.

Heat rash is pretty self-explanatory; staying cooler will certainly help. Body powder (talcum or cornstarch) may help as well. Fungus may require a fungicide, but keeping dry is also important, as fugus requires moisture to grow. A dose of antihistimine such as Benedryl may help with the itch.

yep cud be heat rash or if uve bin lying down sumwhere it could be where the plants or grass has irritated your skin.

cud also be skin products, moisturiser, reaction to suncream, allergy to something

Yes, it's possible this could be heat rash but the only way to know for sure is to have this evaluated by your dr to see what they think could be causing this.
