I go gym straight from work at 6pm-7pm dont get home till 7:30pm, I dont want carbs as I eat carbs at lunch time wholemeal pasta etc...,

I am young and i am completetly fien health wise... i am not sure what is wrong me and I am scared to go and see a doctor in case there is something really wrong with me but i shake alot, i mean unctrollably my hands, and times my body just shakes, it is not due to nerves as i can just be sitting there in a room, or watching telly and i just start shaking... anybody know why, or how i can stop it?

the test was negative,5 days late.tested on the 2nd day of missed period...if i was pregnant it would be a little miracle been trying for 3 years now>fertility clinic appointment comin up in the next 2.5 months for ivf,problem doesnt lie with me its with my partner>not stressed at the mo.just cant understand why im late,thankyou for all the answes to my pervious question xxx

ok so i got the pill (the cobined pill or somthing) yesterday for the first time ever. i was on the forth day of my period. my period lasts for 5 days always. Last month i took my period on the 6th of may. This month i took it on the 1st of June. When I finish my Period ( which is today) am my protected even if i dont use a condom? Ok, and don't tell me go see a docter. I just want to know if it sounds normal. Like a cold, or flue, or something like that. Tired in the day time, can't sleep at night, feel like I want to vomit a lot...mainly in the morning, I feel really hot when it's not that hot, my muscles hurt, I'm overly thirsty and not that hungery, I can exersize fine, and I get a few seconds of this terrible throbbing head ache.

I was diagnosed CIN 2, but after biopsy and colposcopy diagnose was CIN 1 and my gynecologist prescribe me 5-fluorouracil vaginal tablets..
I'm planning pregnancy and I'm afraid that this medication can cause sterility .. I have share experiences where CIN 1 wasn't treated at all, and my gyno prescribe me chemotherapy agent 5-FU (fluorouracil) ?!!! isn't it too much for my diagnose ??
I want to quit with this therapy because only 4 days after I use this drug I can feel side effects...I will contact my gyno of course, but I want to hear your opinion..

so i take yasmin and i took it for one month fine....but then when i finished the sugar pills, i realized i didnt have another pack to start. so it was two days before i was able to start the yasmin again. i didnt take any pills.
so for next month (this month) should i skip 2 of the pills, or should i just take the whole pack even tho i took nothing for 2 days?

I am 17 years of age and I weigh 180lbs and I am 5' 10". I am trying to drop down to 150lbs relatively fast. I have tried many various weight loss things such as the energy drink "Redline", counting calories, and there was also some weight loss equation that I was told about that calculates your daily calorie intake to lose 1lb a week but forgot what it was.

Anyways, my main concern is that I dont know what little things I can do to help lose weight. Would drinking lots of water and eating only when Im hungy instead of grazing help? I know I might sound a little slow in the head do to my curiousity in this subject. But I was hoping that the community of Yahoo! Answers would help me out and recommend something to help me lose weight, or give me any input of any kind?

(ex. any pills, workout routines, food intake, or any personal things you did to lose weight.)

i have just turned 18, last night i was just laid on my bed watching tv and all of a sudden my heart seemed to stop and then it sort of fluttered... whilst it was fluttering my vision got blurred and i whent really light headed. About 5 minuts after this i was fine though. That is the worst one i have had so far though. Im worried i have read that it may be a sighn of heart disease and i am worried so if anyone knows anything at all on this... PLEASE LET ME KNOW.
(i am a smoker, i smoke 15 a day. However i go to the gym 2 times a week and i think of myself as healthy. i am not overweight either. and i have never had any previous problems with my heart... and i am not stressed about anything) HELP!
