A few things about this...Number one, the fact that you are so young makes it seem unrealistic that this is heart related, although it is NOT impossible. Heart palpilations are common, and most often not harmful in anyway. The fact that your vision got blurry and you got light headed shows some reason for concern though.

Have you had a physical lately? If not, I would suggest getting one, and while you are there, just mention this to your doctor, and see what he has to say about it.

I know you probably don't want to hear this, but quitting smoking would be a great idea! I am not going to preach to you about it, becase I smoked for 10 years, and I never wanted to hear how stupid I was being. I have quit now, and I am happy I did. I quit almost 2 months ago, cold turkey. But, if you can't do it that way, consider talking to your doctor about the drug Chantix. I have heard many wonderful things about it. My father used it, and he smoked for 40 ish years, and a good frined of mine used it. Both having positive results.

Any variety of middle palpitations must be taken critically as they're a failure within the middle's electric approach and can result in blood clots at the mind. What can occur here's whilst oxiginated blood leaves the moment middle pump chamber and heads instantly to the mind a "plug" can style and blockage of blood to the mind arise , consequently a stroke. A buddy of mine has had middle palpitations for years and just lately he had a "clear out' inserted within the artery from the guts to the mind to guarantee no clots will succeed in the mind. This demands to be evaluated by means of a Cartiologist. Ignoring any form of palpitatons or Atrial Fibrillation, regardless of how small may have critical penalties as ive defined above. There are drugs to be had to regard many of the failure within the middle's electric approach so procedure this with a optimistic observe. I might now not brush aside this as a few variety of a factor that happens whilst one will get excited or burdened. Certainly that's the fallacious factor to do in view of what negitive would occur if untreated.

Do you drink or eat a lot of caffeine? If so, you might want to try to cut that down. Also, I would suggest to stop smoking. It does not matter if you work out or eat healthy. The fact that you do smoke that many in one day, shows that you're not healthy.

Just once symptoms like that should not worry you unduly! anyway, you may reduce smoking, get rid of smoking as a habit: just once a while smoking, as a socialising help is okay, but heavy smoking, as you know, is not good for health! If your general health is good, you exercise regularly, have good food habits, no other problems, then no need to worry!
