yes you can but i truly hope you eat a wide variety of fruits cause your body will be lacking a lot of nourishment. you need to burn 3500 calories to get rid of a pound of fat. so, work out more or use more energy then you take in (calories) an you will lose that weight in no time. good luck.

You must have protein and all it's essential amino acids or you risk muscle wasting and illness. On a diet like that, you might not be well enough to go to a wedding.

Why not just cut back on the amount you eat, stay away from fast food, throw in some vegetables and lean meat or at least some tofu for protein, and drink lots of water. You'll lose weight, and even feel great.

P.S. Exercising every day will double your progress.

LOL that's funny. You might go insane... Fruit is great for kickstarting your metabolism with their enzymes and curbing sugar cravings but you have to eat a balanced diet. Veggies are also better at helping you lose weight. I would suggest an hr of exercise every day, taking a multivitamin, and eating: low & lean protein, tons of veggies & fruit in as close to natural as possible (providing extra vitamins & enzymes & fiber), and other fiber like in cereals & brown rice. If you prefer fruit that much, eat it at the beginning of meals and for all your snacks... since you'll want small portions at each meal anyway. Hope it helps...

eating just fruit will deny your body from the necessary nutrients found in fat, such as vitamin D and A I believe, and it will also constrict your bodies protein supply.

If you are looking to cut weight, the safest, although not quickest way is to cut 500-1000 calories from your diet a day, restric consumption of saturated fats and excess simple carbs(ie sugars, any type of ose-lactose/found in milk, glucose/commonly known as simple sugars and fructose/found primarly in fruits.)

You should compliment your diet with a source of complex carbs/ if you dont feel like eating pasta, bread or rice, some vegetables can be used in their place.

And the most important part of losing weight is to exercise.

If you cut 3500 calories a week ideally you should lose a pound of fat. A pound a week will give you about ten pounds by August.

This is hardly a balanced diet, and will probably give you quite a lot of diarrhoea. No fad diet like this will result in sustained weight loss, in the long term here is a 2 in 3 chance you will end up heavier!

On the combination of diet and regular vigorous exercise stands any real chance of success, you have to get of the couch to successfully loose weight!

No eating only fruits will make you loose all your charm. And i don't think so you want to attain an wedding without charm at all. U have to exercise a lot in that case. And stop eating white rice and cut down on meat and take maximum veggie and fruits and nuts... you will see the result...

You will make yourself ill.

Too much fruit can rot your teeth & you won't loose weight effectivly. Your body will think your starving it of precious fats and wil store it.

Just eat a balanced diet....and move more :D
