if u want to build ur body. about an hour before eat eat white. cooked of course.
and then after eat more protein food.

Hello.After a few barbells and running machines I thought you'd be full up! Anyway,eating wood, plastic, steel and metal isn't good for body anyway! Think of the indigestion! How about settling down with a pint of squash to help digest the gym you've just eaten? Sorry.........

Dont know about anyone else but when I finish at the gym I just have a normal main meal. Meat, two veg etc.

after my gym i have plenty of water. then slimmed butter milk .after 3o min i take salads with more vegetables and less fruits(since fruits has more sugar content).then u can take u r meals including bread ,only egg white,pulses or red meat and at night u can take fruit juice or a fruit
