I recently cam to visit my mom for a month and she is the type to cook 2-3 complete meals a day and she is a strong believer that everyone eats at the same time together. I was doing good with a meal here and there and drinking nothing but water, but its hard to do it while i'm here. The other problem is I'm babysitting my 7 year old sister and 5 month old brother. My sister eat 3 meals and 2-3 snacks so i end up cooking for her and stuff. I get tempting and want to eat and I do. I want to go to work out maybe even run around with my sister, but the 5 month old interferes with that. I even will go to the gym, my car is at home. The best thing i can do is walk. I always end up gaining weight when i stay with my mom, especailly at the fact i love her cooking.
Do you have any suggesting? I know it may seem like i'm not trying, but i am.
