The only thing I can recommend but the only thing it will do is lessen the intensity of some of your flow is to up the level of iron during that time by eating things like spinach, raisins, peanut butter (if not allergic to them).

The normal period runs from 3-7 days. If your period is 5 and 7 days in length this is normal.

Also, if you are just starting out with having periods some irregularity is also going to be normal for a few years.

If you are having problems with your period as far as cramps making it harder to function on a daily basis and such definitely please talk to your mom about this and have it evaluated by a dr.

using delivery administration (BC) pills could impact the size of your era. BC "in many cases" finally ends up in an greater menstrual cycle (i.e., much less bleeding between sessions, extra consistent menstrual types, etc.) besides the fact that, each and each man or woman is different, subsequently your suited reaction could be from a physician. From my very own journey, the size of my era became into decreased to 3 - 4 days on an identical time as I took BC, whilst in comparison with 5 - 7 days whilst i became into no longer taking BC.
