I agree in part with the other person who answered this before I saw it. Fasting and drinking just fruit juice can help to detox your body. Unfortunately Juicy Juice does not fit the bill for this detox. All the fruit juices have to be freshly made with a juicer. If you know someone with a juice maker ask if you can borrow it for a long weekend. You need to stop your entire routine for this type of thing. No running to the store and talking on the phone or ims to your peeps. Detox also means detoxifying your mind as well as your body. So you need to spend the days contemplating the good things about your life and meditating on how to fix the bad things in your life also. You won't want to stray too far from the bathroom as this will clean you out rather quickly. Remember no solid foods just water with lemon in it and fruit juice freshly juiced. You should really go out on the web and look up fasting and detoxing with fruit
try Prevention magazine's site. There's lots of info out there to give you the steps and stuff you need to do this safely. Check out the organinc living sites and alternative health sites, they have access to way more knowledge than I do.
Good luck in your search & happy juicing.

Regarding other posts....
It's idealistic to think that eating properly can restore your body to it's maximum working condition. Can it for some? Yes. Can it for most? No. Why? Because most people eat on average 70 percent processed food. There are food dyes and additives not to mention fried food, sugar, meats, and other crap that gets trapped in your tissues and other things, which slows your body down. Medicines do the same thing. Consider a car...if you don't maintain it with proper care, upkeep and gasoline...it gets sick. SO DO PEOPLE! :) Our gasoline is fruits and veggies and pure water (things along that line)....and how many people really listen to that? Clogged bodies cause chronic illnesses, cancer and other things...do some reading. You might learn something. Loads of research out there...get educated.
Agree with the posters who recommended the Master Cleanse aka Lemonade Cleanse. There is a forum about Master Cleanse at www.curezone.com...read posts, ask questions! I did this a few years ago and it cleared things I didn't even know were troubled and also uncovered some health issues further that I knew were there but my docs refused to believe. :)
Look around curezone....you can learn about liver and gallbladder flushes, kidney flushes, parasite cleanses, colon cleanses...etc.
GOOD LUCK!!!!!

Lots of vegetables! The fiber content does the trick, and most vegetables are lower in calories than other foods.
How did this body cleanse stuff get started, anyway??? The body's normal muscular action (peristaltic motion) moves the contents right on through your intestines...there's none of this "sludge" stuff in there! And the claims about adding years to your life...there's no way, NO WAY, to confirm such claims. Don't be gullible. People come up with all kinds of ideas to separate you from your money. If you don't understand biology, biochemistry, physiology, etc., ask your friends who do. Don't bother asking at the "health food store." Most people there don't have the science background to really understand what they're spouting as gospel.

Check out the master cleanse. It's very inexpensive and all of the info you need can be found through a search online.
A search will tell you what you need to buy and how you need to do it.
Not that this should influenence you at all, but both Ellen and Beyonce have done the cleanse to lose 10 lbs before a big event. (They were talking about it on her outdoors show which is how I learned about it).
Good luck with whatever you decide!

I am sorry, but those body cleanses has been proven to do more harm than good. There is no need to do a bosy cleanse. I say take a day of fasting and drink a lot of water to rid your body of toxins. Your body naturally does this by itself thru your liver. Unless your liver isn't functioning properly. Forgo the money and just eat healthy organic foods, drink water, take a good absorable muti-vitamin, and get somne exercise.

Whole cleanser @ Wal-mart for less then $20. It's in the drug aisle next to the fiber pills. You can even get a coupon out of Sundays newspaper or their web-site. I tried it. After 2 1/2 days it started to work but make sure you follow the direction & drink plenty of water or it's unsafe!

This is called the Master Cleanser and isn't too disgusting to drink.
2 tbsp lemon or lime juice (1/2 lemon)
2 tbsp of pure grade B maple syrup
1/10 tsp cayenne pepper (red) or to taste
12 oz of purified water (very warm)
Combine and drink throughout the day.

Body Cleanse? Well, I know people who suggest & uses specifically cranberry juice to clean out some drugs in their systems. It worked for them, so cranberry juice has to be good for cleansing your body for bad stuff.
