Young man, I hope you realize that the first month you will actually GAIN weight because you are gaining muscle. Don't give up though, because then it will start falling off. It depends on how hot your metabolism burns as to how much you will burn. I wish you the best. Remember to drink your water so you don't get dehydrated! All my best!

Your food choices of course aren't bad. But since you're trying to lose the weight as fast as you can, basically - you need to make sure and cut out taste enhancing ingredients like mayo for your tuna sandwich.
But most of this is irrelevant to some degree because of the times you ingesting these decent foods. 12 is not a breakfastish time - your body works best by a natural sort of clock - not at the whim of whatever you think is convenient for your lifestyle. Kickstarting your metabolism earlier in the day will allow your body to normalize right away, for the whole day and get you burning calories for a lot longer than, say the 9 hours you plan on being awake each day.
And 10 o'clock is way too late to eat - dietitians say not to eat anything beyond 6 in the evening. Never skip breakfast, this is critical to your body's ability to manage caloric needs throughout the day.
Remember, you want to maximize your efforts in the gym, so that that time isn't the only time that pushes you towards your weight loss goal.

Because muscle weighs more than fat, you actually lose more weight just by running or working out hard. Of course you should work out but you should also walk too.
That sounds like a great diet plan and it is possible, but there is one problem. Our bodies are naturally set to sleep in the dark and be awake in the light. If you really plan on losing 35 lbs., you should wake up around 830 or 900 and eat a small piece of fruit for breakfast to kickstart your metabolism for the day and take a walk. To make up for this sleep, a short 20 minute nap or resting time about 1:30pm should do the trick.
You will have to lose about 3lbs a week but don't be discouraged if in the middle of July your weight loss begins to plateau. Just begin walking as much as you can.
And remember, absolutely no carbonated beverages!

Yes its very possible. Look out for artificial sweeteners Like Aspartame Aceulfame K and Sucralose. They are commonly used in Protien bars They are a poison that is counterproductive to your goal. I reccomend this revision to your plan. 12pm 2 eggs and tuna, 3pm apple banana with Milk 7 pm Chicken and Fresh Baby Spinach with fruit, 9-10pm. yogurt, Throw in some toning exercises and you'll be cut in no time.

if u sleep to 12pm, your metabolism must be slow, is more important to have an early snack than a late night snack, you should be eating 5-6 times a day instead of only 4, so you can metabolize and digest the food easier, 500 cals a day in the gym is very good, above average... keep that up. and try drinking aroun 10-12 glasses of water daily, and don't set time goals, is going to be frustrating, set weight goals instead.

Well, I am actually in the same situation as you, same age and I'm a guy. I think this is a really good idea, but my advice would be that if you like food, this will be a really hard meal plan to follow. if you want to do it this way, amke sure you can disipline yourself so that you can. Make sure that the meals are always different, too, so you don't get bored and start to cheat. As for the excercise, keep it up. Just excercise too long or hard or you'll get burnt out. Hope this helps.

Actually, you could gain weight for skipping breakfast. Breakfast jumpstarts your metabolism. And, don't forget to make sure the chicken is grilled. How much you loose really depends on how much body fat you have. The more you have the easier it is to loose. Also, don't be discouraged if you begin gaining weight at the beginning. Your body gains muscle before it begins loosing fat. Your muscles help to loose the fat quicker also. Anyway Good Luck :)
Oh, I forgot to add, you shouldn't eat after 7pm. Everything after that turns strait to fat, because you don't have time to burn it off before you go to bed (you don't burn fat while you're asleep)

I suppose it's possible.
However, if you take a 100% raw vegan diet, with no processed, dehydrated, canned, jarred food or juices--only food from the produce section of the supermarket, uncooked, and water and juices that you extract from produce at home with your own juicer-- you can lose 35 lbs. in 2 months or less without compromising your health or exercizing yourself to death.
A juice fast with juices that you extract at home with your own juicer is also an option.

You need -
2 servings lean protein [ you list 2 ]
2 servings low fat dairy [ 1]
3 servings whole grain bread/cereal/pasta, and [ 2]
5 servings of fruits and veggies [ 2 ]
Add one multivitamin with minerals
[ check the calories/fat/carbs in that protein bar - you might be better off with whole grain cereal and milk! ]
Avoid fried, fast, and junk food - even diet junk food
Use nutritious romaine or spinach in your salad vs. iceberg, which has very little nutritive value
Add pushups, situps, crunches and obliques; and progress to weight lifting - you will lose weight faster and be more buff!
