find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat), light weight training (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Well, first, let me say that it isn't considered healthy to lose more than 2 pounds per week. Also, it isn't considered healthy to be under weight, so if you're at a good weight for your height, then you shouldn't be as concerned with losing weight. If you want a more shapely appearance, what you'll want to focus on is shaping your body, and that means toning- turning fat into muscle, which shapes the body. For example, for firm thighs, you'd want to work on toning the muscle on your thighs, especially inner thighs.
So, with that said, turn your focus to shaping your body, not to losing weight. Tone up areas by doing some weight lifting for whatever area you want to be more shapely. You can look up some simple exercises online (google womenshealthmag, they have tons of info), or join a gym and ask for some tips. Getting cardio exercises, such as running or walking, is always good for health, but don't over do it, and it won't do much for a shapely body. If you lose weight, and don't tone, then you'll have extra skin that is kinda saggy and floppy, and if you lose weight, but didn't burn of much fat, then you'll still have fatty skin, and, believe me, it's not pretty. So, again, just eat healthy, be active for fun so that you still get some good cardio exercise, and tone up areas that you are unsatisfied with.
Also, as for staying the same or gaining after the pill, perhaps its water weight. Be sure that you stay well hydrated and drink lots of water, because if you don't, your body will retain water (trying to hold on to as much of it as possible, because it doesn't get enough, I guess), and that causes you to be heavier than what you really are.
One more thing- take your walks after dinner instead of before- this will help jump start good digestion, and help burn off unneeded calories from your evening meal.
I hope that this helps!

I would suggest a cleansing diet. I did this and lost 12 pounds and 19 inches in 9 days. I continued and lost 29 pounds in a month. I like the program since it works by giving your body nutrition through protein shakes with digestive enzymes and vitamins and then cleansing out the toxins. We get toxins in our bodies from pesticides, preservatives, water, pollution, medications, food additives etc…. These toxins enter our bodies and get stored in our fat cells. To shrink the fat, we need to get rid of the toxins through cleansing. The program also has a natural diet pill to help your metabolism and curb cravings. It works and it works fast. My skin has improved from the cleansing. It is pricey but worth it! I think cleansing is really important to health and weight loss.
