I weight about 130lbs and am about 5"9 or 5"10, so im pretty skinny, no ribs showing or anything.

at one point back in my high school days (about 4 years ago) i weighed about 155lbs, from taking high amounts of Mythoxy Pro and creatine....

anyways, im getting back into the gym next week and have a new diet plan to eat more....and lift....what new (or old) supplements have come about that help in fast weight gain.

last time i did this i jumped about 15lbs in the 1st month, and about 10lbs the following 2 monthes....any insite appreciated.

I think the most important thing is to eat A LOT of good quality calories (including a lot of protein). I would only recommend whey protein and maybe creatine as far as supplements go.

Most "weight gain shakes" are junk calories IMO and I've had very poor results with them.

Focus on a good eating plan (5-6 large but balanced meals every day) and you won't need any supplements.

Also hit the weights really hard. Good luck.

You ask for way too lots on one question. For understanding: this is something you may desire to locate via trial and mistake. What somebody else does isn't inevitably going to artwork for you. Supps: whey and creatine, multi and b supplementations, flax and fish oil. in case you have the money: glutamine, arginine, and taurine.

to gain you have to eat more than burned during the day
whey protein is the best natural thing for gaining - look for one that has at least 15g of protein and little or no carbs - one with breakfast and one after working out
