I was wondering if it is unhealthy to work out every single day. Espicially if you trying to loose a considerible amount of weight. Will it be more effective to workout in a slower routine or work out everyday 5 to 7 days a week.
My workout consists of stretching, sit-ups, push-ups, leg lifts, using a punching bag, small weights, running and walking on the tredmill for an hour or so.
Should I be doing more or less to get the most effective results. What should I be doing to get better results?
