Yes, Salmon has a high source of protein in it. Id's rather eat salmon than steak any day. Also beans, like a bean salad is very high source of protein, I make it once a week with pasta,
onions, zucchini, baby tomatoes, tuna, the Sky's the limit, u could even add a can of salmon! I don't mean reg. beans but the mixed kind, with kidney beans, chick peas this is a Very high source of fibre, protein, iron, etc. than just make a vinaigrette sauce, red wine vinegar, tad olive oil, garlic clove,
just add to taste. "Salmon Patties are Great" Chunk Salmon,
Rosemary, dash of Pepper & Lemon Spice, & chop onion,
bread crumbs, lay on rake after ingredients, flatten one inch,
find a big round glass and start rounding r salmon 4 a skillit of pure olive oil, parsley topping, & brown rice r salad is nice which it too.

Salmon does have a lot of protein and is also high in omega-3 fatty acids.

Salmon is fantastic for you, it has allot of protein and allot of good healthy fats. Best of all it has no carbs so eat up and enjoy!
