I don't feel sick really. Just light headed / dizzy. I have ate "real food" and napped. Does anyone know what this might be? Serious answers only please.

Well, It's hard to tell without having more info. I want to be able to give the right answer but it requires more info from you? When did you start feeling dizzy, ahow old are you? Are you diabetic or any other vascular conditions? Any history of stroke or heartatack? If the answer is no to all the above and you are less than 25 (I don't want to generalize) It would still be shooting in the dark to give you an answer. Do you have any high blood pressure? Do you have a fever? I know I'm asking a lot of Q? but as a physician I can't make a diagnosis without this information. If it resolves in the next few hours then it could be food poisoning, if it does not then seek medical care to determine the cause. Good Luck.

Drink a full glass of water, eat a sandwich with meat on it, and blow your nose. That will help dehydration, hypoglycenia, and sinusitis. Then have another glass of water.
Do you have a fever? Have you been vomiting? Have you had diarrhea? Is your vision off? Can you walk? Head hurt?
If after all this you still feel dizzy, call the doc, but don't drive yourself.

Could be the heat if you are in an area where the temps are high or maybe it's low blood sugar and you didn't eat enough of the right foods to keep your sugar level even.

Call your doctor for your sake.

What other medical conditons do you have? Have you started taking some medicine recently. If you still feel like this tomorrow I would suggest going to the doctor.
